Our kids, Brandon (10), Brooke (7) and Kasey (5) all had a great time. I was amazed at the talent all of you presented, and want to assure you that the many, many hours of practice that has evidently been spent has paid enormous dividends in your ability to entertain others. Saw your show when we were in Branson last month. It seemed to cast a spell on my companion and me and rekindled many memories from our past -- memories of old family friends with many children, musical memories in our families, and the wonderful childhood world of make believe. Today was a double win for Kayli and Doug as NASI announced "Billboard Girl" the grand prize winner in the Nashville Songwriters Contest. "Billboard Girl" was written by Doug Lowe, Kayli Lowe, and Garon Brett. As if that weren't enough, Kayli's song, "Let Me Cry," won CMT's Listeners' Choice Award.
